It includes a thermostatically controlled electric heating element and double walled insulated panels to make precise temperature control not only possible, but easy too. This smoker is ideal for smoking food at lower temperatures between 20 degrees and 90 degrees.

The insulated structure enables a steady even temperature to be maintained even when the outside temperature is close to freezing which is essential for winter use.

It comes complete with hooks, racks, thermometer and a 3kg bag of Smoking Wood Sawdust
