This electric smoker is one of our favorite smokers because its so easy to get great results. Smoking mackerel, salmon, bacon, other meat, sausages or cheese could not be easier with this thoughtfully designed food smoker. This is also extremely effective as a Biltong or Jerky maker, gently drying the meat on the lowest setting and usually without the addition of sawdust for smoke.
This smoker can be used with or without the electric element that comes with it allowing for effective applications of both cold and hot smoking. The adjustable electric element heats the smoking wood chips to just your desired temperature allowing superb control.
This smoker can hold up to 10 fish for example 10-12 kg fish or a coupe of large hams / gammon.
NB: No expensive bespoke bisquettes/sawdust required with our smokers - you can even source your own local hardwood sawdust/chips. Some competitor smokers restrict use to their own smoking bisquettes - ours don't!
