It includes double walled insulated panels to make precise temperature control not only possible, but easy too. This smoker is ideal for smoking food at lower temperatures up to 90 degrees. 

A thermostatically controlled electric heating element is a useful additional option (use the drop-down menu above to add)

The insulated structure enables a steady even temperature to be maintained even when the outside temperature is close to freezing which is essential for winter use.

It comes complete with hooks, suspending rods, thermometer and a 3kg bag of Smoking Wood Sawdust
